Future Work - Leila Janah | Samasource

The ongoing digitization of our society and economy will also have a big impact on future work: on both blue and white collar jobs, and in developed as well as developing countries. With Leila Janah we explore the possibilities of dignified digital work.

Leila Janah is the founder of Samasource, a social enterprise that helps people lift themselves out of poverty through digital work, and LXMI, a social impact luxury brand. Samasource just opened their first European headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.

In a fireside chat New Dutch Wave moderator Mir Wermuth and Leila Janah talk about the unique business model of Samasource, and the role of impact sourcing in a world of ongoing digitization and the replacement of humans by artificial intelligence.
